London train Friday cancellations amid Storm Babet - inc Elizabeth line, Gatwick, Euston, Paddington

National Rail services are experiencing disruption across the country on Friday after Storm Babet brought heavy rain and flooding.
In London a number of services have been impacted and people should check before they travel on National Rail's journey planner.

Hide AdGatwick Express, Great Northern, Southern and Thameslink delays
Severe weather may impact Gatwick Express, Great Northern, Southern and Thameslink services until the end of the day.
This morning, heavy rain and high wind are expected in the South East, increasing steadily throughout the day and leading to increased risks of flooding.
Watford Junction to Euston
Lines have reopened following damage to overhead wires between Watford Junction and London Euston. Trains running between these stations may be delayed by up to 45 minutes or cancelled, but a normal service is expected by 9.30am.
Services affected include Avanti West Coast and London Northwestern Railway.

Following a broken down trains at Paddington, fewer trains are able to run on some lines eastbound.
National Rail says trains running through the station may continue to be cancelled, delayed by 15 minutes or revised. Disruption is expected until 10am.
Lewisham
A fault with the signalling system at Lewisham is causing disrupton to journeys through the station. Delays are anticipated until 10am.
Moorgate to Finsbury Park
A fault with the signalling system between Moorgate and Finsbury Park means that all lines are currently disrupted. Trains may be cancelled, delayed or terminated at King's Cross and restarted from Finsbury Park. Disruption is expected until 9.45am.
