Londoners travelling into the capital this weekend could be faced with disruption due to closures on TfL services.
Transport for London (TfL) has asked Londoners to check before they travel this weekend.

Here is the full list of planned TfL service changes this weekend, October 27 to 29.
London Underground
Bakerloo line
Saturday October 28 and Sunday October 29
No service between Queen’s Park and Harrow & Wealdstone
Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. Additional bus service 718 will operate between Queen’s Park and Harrow & Wealdstone, calling additionally at Preston Road Metropolitan line station (for South Kenton).
London North Western Railway services will run between Harrow & Wealdstone and Euston. This is due to Network Rail works.
District line
Thursday October 26 to Sunday October 29

Hide AdNo service between Earl’s Court and Ealing Broadway/Kensington (Olympia)/Richmond

London Overground
Saturday October 28 and Sunday 29 October
No service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction
Rail replacement buses will run every 30 minutes. This is due to Network Rail works.
No service between Watford Junction and Euston
Additional bus service 720 will operate between Harrow & Wealdstone and Watford Junction, calling at all stations. Additional bus service 718 will run to stations between Harrow & Wealdstone and Queen’s Park, also calling at Preston Road Metropolitan line station (for South Kenton). Alternatively, use London Northwestern Railway services between Euston and Harrow & Wealdstone, Bushey or Watford Junction. This is due to Network Rail works.
Sunday October 29
No service between Richmond and Willesden Junction

No service between Camden Road and Stratford after 10.15pm
Rail replacement buses will run between Camden Road and Stratford but will not call at Caledonian Road & Barnsbury. For Caledonian Road & Barnsbury, use bus route 274 to/from Camden Road or walk to/from Highbury & Islington. This is due to Network Rail works.
Elizabeth line
Sunday October 29
Reduced service between Burnham and Reading
One train an hour will call at these stations before 10am and after 10pm, while a reduced service of 2 trains an hour will call at Burnham between 10am and 10pm. This is due to Network Rail works.
London trams
Thursday October 26 to Sunday October 29
No service between East Croydon and Beckenham Junction/Elmers End, and between East Croydon and New Addington

Buses and roads
A13 Commercial Road
Until late December, lane closures and temporary traffic management will be in place on A13 Commercial Road at the junction with Rotherhithe Tunnel/Branch Road.
You will still be able to use Commercial Road in both directions, but traffic will be managed through this junction one direction at a time.
If you need to travel through the area or would normally use Rotherhithe Tunnel to cross the river, long queues and significant delays are expected so use alternative routes and river crossings where possible, allow more time for your journey and check before you travel. Larger vehicles or HGVs are advised to use routes away from central London.
From Monday October 23
A102 Blackwall Tunnel Southern Approach

Hide AdThe northbound A102 Blackwall Tunnel Southern Approach has been reduced to 2 lanes from the junction with Blackwall Lane, which will form part of the new permanent road layout. Customers are advised to check before they travel.
Friday October 27
Alexandra Palace
Alexandra Palace will be hosting McFly in concert from 6.30pm until 10.30pm. Increased traffic and large crowds are expected.
Friday October 27 and Saturday October 28
The O2, North Greenwich
The O2 will be hosting S Club 7 in concert from 6.30pm until 10.30pm each day. Increased traffic and large crowds are expected.
A201, Farringdon Street
From 7am until 7pm on Saturday October 28, there will be a road closure on Farringdon Street in both directions between the junctions with Charterhouse Street and West Smithfield. This is due to a crane operation.
Drumsheds London, Tottenham Hale

Central London area
From 12pm until 3pm, a march will take place from Trafalgar Square to Downing Street. Large crowds are expected.
From 12pm until 6pm, a demonstration will take place from Marsham Street to Trafalgar Square. Large crowds are expected.
Waterloo Bridge
The Halloween Walk will be taking place from 3pm until 11pm, starting and finishing at the Oval Cricket Ground. Large crowds are expected.

Trafalgar Square

Hide AdFrom 1pm until 7pm, Diwali on the Square will take place in Trafalgar Square. Pall Mall East will be closed for the event and Bus Stop Z for ‘Big Bus London’ tour bus routes (located between Suffolk and Whitcomb Street on Pall Mall East) will be closed. Large crowds and increased traffic are expected.
A40, New Bridge Street (City of London)
Until 11.59pm on Sunday October 29, New Bridge Street will be closed southbound for a crane operation at the junction of Queen Victoria Street.
Millennium Bridge
Until Sunday November 5, Millennium Bridge will be closed for repair works. Alternative walking routes are available via Southwark Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge.
A501/A4201, Marylebone Road and Park Square West
Until 7pm on Sunday November 5, Marylebone Road will be closed eastbound (lanes 1 and 2 of 4) at the junction with Park Square West for Thames Water works.
Upper Richmond Road, SW15
Until Monday 20 May 2024, there will be overnight closures from 9pm until 6am on Upper Richmond Road between its junctions with Putney High Street/Putney Hill and Manfred Road for carriageway works.
