Police release image of man after girl,16, sexually assaulted on Hounslow bus

Police are hunting a man after a 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted as she attempted to leave a double-decker bus in west London.

The incident happened just after 4pm on Tuesday, April 19 when the teenage girl boarded a 222 bus in Bell Road, Hounslow.

She made her way to the top deck and sat down by herself, police said.

Then a man, described as approximately 5ft 5in tall, of chubby build and wearing a dark coloured baseball cap and mustard coloured T- shirt, boarded and set next to her.

As the girl went to leave the bus, around 15 minutes later, the male sexually assaulted her.

Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to regarding the allegation.
