Croydon stabbing: CCTV of Thorton Heath knife attack suspect released

Police are hunting for an armed man suspected of a knife attack which saw a 20-year-old victim hospitalised.

Police were called at approximately 3.35pm on Saturday, January 8, to reports of a stabbing on Beulah Road.

Officers and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service attended and found a 20-year-old man suffering stab injuries.

The victim was allegedly stabbed a number of times and has recieved medical care for his wounds.

He was taken to a south London hospital for treatment, where he remains in a stable condition.

Now, officers have issued an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the attack.

Anyone who witnessed this incident, has footage, or can name the man in the image should call police on 101 or tweet @MetCC quoting 3897/8JAN.
