Full of momentous and funny moments, the 2022 iteration did not disappoint after returning from a two-year hiatus.

Sidemen FC took on YouTube Allstars on Saturday, September 24 - squads filled with huge personalities from platforms such as TikTok, YouTube and Twitch.

Held at Charlton Athletic’s The Valley Stadium in London, the 27,111 capacity venue was completely sold out with excitable people of all ages.

The event has so far amassed an online viewership of over 17 million, raising over £1,000,000 for four UK-based charities: Campaign Against Living Miserably, Teenage Cancer Trust, Rays of Sunshine and M7 Education.

The official line-ups of both Sidemen FC and YouTube Allstars were full of the biggest names online, ranging from YouTuber and boxer KSI to American Tiktok star and footballer Noah Beck.

Despite being confirmed to appear, Logan Paul pulled out of the event due to his new commitments with the WWE as a professional wrestler.

It was to no-one’s surprise that there were a flurry of goals, as always, at the Sidemen Charity Match on Saturday.

The match was a gripping clash consisting of 15 goals, including a last-minute winner.

The final score of the Sidemen Charity Match 2022 was Sidemen FC 8-7 YouTube Allstars.

The YouTube side kicked off the match by gaining a two-nil advantage thanks to goals from Niko Omilana and Chunkz.

Much to the roar of passionate fans, Sidemen FC’s Vikkstar replied with a goal of his own, with TBJZL equalising to make it 2-2.

The Allstars found themselves in front yet again in pure style as Yung Filly had the stadium on their feet with the best goal of the game to make it 3-1.

Sidemen’s Miniminter would then net his first of three goals, along with Theo Baker, TBJZL, Castro, and ChrisMD, before one more from Nico Omilana hitting the back of the net, and Manny completing the scoring.
