Hide AdIt is perhaps best known for being home to a 24ft crystal-encrusted Pegasus sculpture created by Damien Hirst.
The spectacular sculpture, which has a 30ft wingspan, watches over diners and bathes them in colourful light.
Damien Hirst said: “I love the myth of the Pegasus and this is such an exciting project and I love the scale of it. I hope it’s going to look like something beautiful from another world.”
Brasserie of Light boasts a range of seasonal menus combining British cuisine with internationally-inspired dishes.

Hide AdThe restaurant often hosts themed nights and menus including the ongoing Brasserie of Fright - a special Halloween menu inspired by Bates Motel.
It serves food from sun up to sun down, including a luxurious breakfast menu, highlights include truffle scrambled eggs and a mango, coconut chai bowl.
Dinner is served daily from 5pm and an A la carte menu is offered throughout the day.
The Brasserie of Light is a great place to dine after a day of shopping but also a fabulous destination for dining with loved ones or friends.
