If you haven't already heard of it, the Dubai chocolate bar is a milk chocolate marvel packed with a pistachio cream and kataifi (a crispy shredded phyllo pastry) filling. Its name references the original creator, Dubai-based FIX Dessert Chocolatier.
The chocolate treat went viral on TikTok last summer as users visiting Dubai shared taste test videos trying the FIX Dessert Chocolatier bar.
