What is the Overheated event?

The event, which is spread across six days in June being the 10, 11, 12, 16, 25 and 26 June is a climate focused event.

The event, named Overheated, will bring together climate activists, musicians and designers who will discuss the climate crisis, and the efforts they’re making to make a difference.

The topics will range from practices to make the music industry more green, discuss the benefits of a plant based diet, and different ways to have more sustainable fashion.

Each day, there will be unique programming that will feature panel discussions, live performances, a documentary viewing and opportunities for the public to take climate action and leave less of a carbon footprint.

The panel will not only discuss climate change, but offer solutions and ideas that can help to make a difference, and make the point that no one can ever be the perfect activist.

The discussion will be hosted by Abbie McCarthy and featured other climate activisists including Jack Harries and Maggie Baird. They will share their thoughts on a wide variety of climate based topics including plant based diets of more sustainable fashion choices.

The event is taking place at the iconic O2 Arena in London, and will begin on Friday, 10 June with ‘Overheated Live’ which is a panel event taking place at the Indigo inside The O2, featuring introductions from Eilish herself and a special keynote speaker, which is to be announced in due course.
