Lil Nas X Long Live Montero Tour London 2022: when is the rapper performing in London, are tickets available?

The rapper is coming to the Eventim Apollo.

American rapper Lil Nas X is set to perform in London, as a part of his first world tour, and is only performing one show in the UK.

The ‘Long Live Montero’ tour is a celebration of his  debut studio album, Montero.

The tour doesn’t kick off until September 2022, but people in the UK wishing to see the 23-year-old can get tickets soon.

When is Lil Nas X performing in London?

Lil Nas is performing in London on 12 November 2022, and will be taking to the stage at the Eventim Apollo.

Lil Nas is familiar with London, and stopped by a London radio station for a discussion in July 2021.

Where else is he performing?

Lil Nas X is coming to the UK for just one show only, and his sole UK performance is in London.

The tour consists of 27 shows. The tour was due to only be 21 shows but six more were added due to high demand.

How do I get tickets?

Tickets are not yet on sale, but are due to go on a pre sale very soon, which can be accessed soon.

The first presale is an O2 priority sale, which goes live on Wednesday, 4 May 2022 at 10am and closes on Friday, 6 May 2022 at 9am.

The second and last presale for the performance is a Live Nation presale. This goes live on Thursday, 5 May 2022 at 10am and ends on Friday, 6 May at 9am.

On Friday, 6 May tickets will go on general sale at 10am, and can be purchased from Ticketmaster.

Due to the tour not currently starting, there is no Long Live Montero setlist currently available, but as the tour supports the album Montero, expect a strong portion of the album to be performed.

Who is Lil Nas X?

Lil Nas X, real name Montero Lamar Hill, is an American hip hop and country artist.

He rose to real fame in 2019 with his country rap song ‘Old Town Road’ which climbed music charts around the world, becoming diamond certified in November 2019.

The song sat at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for 19 weeks, which was the longest-running number one song since chart debuted in 1958.

Many remixes of the song were made, but the most notable was Billy Ray Cyrus’ remix, which also went to number one.

His debut studio album, Montero featured number one songs such as ‘Montero (Call Me by Your Name) and ‘Industry Baby’ which featured Jack Harlow.

At the 62nd Annual Grammy Award, Nas was the most nominated male artist, and won gongs for Best Music Video and Best Pop Duo/Group performance.
