Elvis Evolution Gala Premiere lights up London with celebs, style and immersive magic

The King of Rock and Roll made a triumphant return to the capital last night as the highly anticipated Elvis Evolution experience hosted its dazzling Gala Premiere at Immerse London, the immersive entertainment hub at ExCeL London Waterfront.

Created by immersive pioneers Layered Reality, Elvis Evolution takes audiences on an extraordinary, multi-sensory journey through Elvis Presley’s life—from his humble beginnings in Tupelo to his meteoric rise to international superstardom. The experience unfolds through cinematic storytelling, surround‑sound environments, live actors and musicians, and themed bars—offering everything from a 1960s-style diner at the “Blue Hawaii” bar to the high-energy “All Shook Up” after-party lounge.

During the premiere, guests were treated to key scenes from the iconic 1968 Comeback Special, widely hailed as Elvis’s greatest performance. Authentic archive footage, thousands of personal photos, and hours of home-video, sourced directly from Elvis Presley Enterprises in partnership with Authentic Brands Group, were seamlessly integrated into the 110-minute theatrical walk-through.

A Stunning Celebrity Line‑Up

Leading the style was Molly Lanaghan, the reigning Dancing on Ice 2024 champion. She dazzled on the pink carpet in a crisp white tailored top, fitted jeans and a bold belt—her pastel-pink hair perfectly echoing the carpet’s tone. Her poised, chic ensemble reflected the glamour that earned her nationwide admiration on the rink.

Frankie Sims, star of The Only Way Is Essex, arrived arm-in-arm with her mum in coordinated white, turning heads in a crystal-embellished corset jumpsuit that shimmered under the floodlights.

EastEnders actress Ellie Dadd, known for her role as Amy Mitchell, showcased minimalist sophistication in a sleek black bodycon dress with a feather-trimmed neckline and metallic heels, embodying timeless elegance.

They were joined by a stylish crowd of influencers and VIPs including musician Honey Scott, influencer power couple Starh & Magda-Lena, creator duo Therese Ryan and Darren Ryan, and actor and presenter Scott McGlynn, all adding to the star-studded atmosphere of the evening.

TikTok Buzz & Influencer Hype

A wave of TikTok and Instagram creators—drawn to the immersive visuals and soundtrack—buzzed around the venue, livestreaming from neon-lit sets and retro photo zones. Their clips quickly trended on social media, proving that Elvis’s legacy continues to resonate with a new tech-savvy generation.

A Night of Nostalgia & Innovation

The experience not only honors Elvis as a legend but redefines the way fans connect with his art. Guests could unwind with cocktails in the ‘60s diner, move through live-set scenes, then celebrate at the after-party with themed drinks and music. With over 160 guests per show and multiple daily performances, Elvis Evolution brings the King’s world to life in a way that is both intimate and grand.

As the evening drew to a close, guests spilled out onto the waterfront still buzzing from the sensory journey they had just experienced—a fusion of old-school nostalgia and modern storytelling that celebrated Elvis not just as an icon, but as an era-defining innovator.

With such a dynamic opening night, Elvis Evolution has already cemented itself as a must-see attraction for music lovers, culture seekers, and immersive-experience fans alike. If last night’s premiere is anything to go by, the King isn't just back—he’s bigger, brighter, and more unforgettable than ever.
