Lahore Spices, a takeaway at 111-113 Upper Tooting Road, London was given the score after assessment on September 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 288 takeaways with ratings, 184 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
