Dallas Chicken, a takeaway at 243 Upper Tooting Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 300 takeaways with ratings, 190 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
