Balti Kitchen, a takeaway at 63 Falcon Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 297 takeaways with ratings, 190 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
