Corner Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 218 Queenstown Road, London was given the score after assessment on February 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 692 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 466 (67%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
