Akash Tandoori, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 70 Northcote Road, London was given the score after assessment on September 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 687 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 448 (65%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
