Netties Caribean Mobile Kitchen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 96 Upper Tooting Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 740 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 516 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
