Palm Riverside, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 94 Point Pleasant, London was given the score after assessment on July 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 691 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 457 (66%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
