Neev & May Coffee House, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 208 Balham High Road, London was given the score after assessment on February 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 715 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 454 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
