A Waltham Forest takeaway has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Kome Express, a takeaway at 268 High Road, Leytonstone was given the minimum score after assessment on March 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Waltham Forest's 249 takeaways with ratings, 77 (31%) have ratings of five and 16 (6%) have zero ratings.
