Cafe De Melo, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor, 216 High Road Leyton, Leyton was given the score after assessment on July 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Waltham Forest's 544 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 246 (45%) have ratings of five and 23 have zero ratings.
