Woo Lot, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 592 Lea Bridge Road, Leyton was given the score after assessment on September 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Waltham Forest's 538 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 237 (44%) have ratings of five and 24 have zero ratings.
