Unholy Bagels at Project 660, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 660 High Road, Leyton was given the score after assessment on July 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Waltham Forest's 534 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 236 (44%) have ratings of five and 24 have zero ratings.
