Champions Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 230 High Road Leyton, Leyton was given the score after assessment on July 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Waltham Forest's 534 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 237 (44%) have ratings of five and 24 have zero ratings.
