Garden of Desserts, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 734 High Road, Leytonstone was given the score after assessment on July 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Waltham Forest's 533 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 237 (44%) have ratings of five and 23 have zero ratings.
