A Waltham Forest restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Taro Japanese Restaurants, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 76 High Street, Walthamstow was given the score after assessment on February 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Waltham Forest's 546 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 244 (45%) have ratings of five and 27 have zero ratings.
