Leytonstone Tavern, a pub, bar or nightclub at 119 Harrow Road, Leytonstone was given the score after assessment on July 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Waltham Forest's 90 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 51 have ratings of five and five have zero ratings.
