Food hygiene ratings handed to two Waltham Forest restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Waltham Forest’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Fairways Cafe, at Unit 4 Fairways Business Park, 4 Lammas Road, Leyton was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 21.

And Ace Dining & Creams/Chingford Ice-Creams, at 1-3 Cherrydown Avenue, Chingford was given a score of three on July 21.

It means that of Waltham Forest's 532 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 235 (44%) have ratings of five and 23 have zero ratings.
