New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Waltham Forest’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Waltham Forest’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Kenssy Fried Chicken, at 589 High Road Leytonstone, Leytonstone was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 20.

And Roosters Spot, at 200 High Street, Walthamstow was also given a score of one on June 20.

It means that of Waltham Forest's 241 takeaways with ratings, 83 (34%) have ratings of five and 11 have zero ratings.
