Food hygiene ratings given to two Waltham Forest restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Waltham Forest’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Waltham Forest’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Masala India, at 466 High Road Leyton, Leyton was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 18.

And London Burgers, at 75 Old Church Road, Chingford was given a score of three on January 18.

It means that of Waltham Forest's 568 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 255 (45%) have ratings of five and 34 (6%) have zero ratings.
