Food hygiene ratings given to two Waltham Forest restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Waltham Forest’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Waltham Forest’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Olympic, at 23 Church Lane, Leytonstone was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 26.

And The Olive Restaurant, at 25-27 Kirkdale Road, Leytonstone was also given a score of four on January 26.

It means that of Waltham Forest's 521 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 246 (47%) have ratings of five and 19 have zero ratings.
