Leo's Caffe Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 78 Chingford Mount Road, Chingford was handed a zero-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 7.

And Pizza Hut, a takeaway at 106 High Street, Walthamstow was given a score of three on December 7.
