• Rated 0: Engine House Cafe at Walthamstow Wetlands at 2 Forest Road, Walthamstow; rated on October 25

It means that of Waltham Forest's 551 similar establishments with ratings, 253 (46%) have ratings of five and 29 (5%) have zero ratings.
