Smokin'Wok, a takeaway at 84 Myrdle Street, London was given the score after assessment on August 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 377 takeaways with ratings, 233 (62%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
