Mr Ashraf Ali, a takeaway at Chrisp Street Market, Chrisp Street, London was given the score after assessment on September 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 390 takeaways with ratings, 245 (63%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
