A Tower Hamlets restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Tower Hamlets restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Zaiqa London, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 108a Whitechapel Road, London was given the score after assessment on March 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,049 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 738 (70%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
