Townsend, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 77-82 Whitechapel High Street, London was given the score after assessment on February 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,023 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 728 (71%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
