La Forchetta, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 464 Bethnal Green Road, London was given the score after assessment on September 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 990 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 705 (71%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
