Crave, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 37 Brick Lane, London was given the score after assessment on January 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,021 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 730 (71%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
