Mirchiwala, Chai Grill, Chai Indian Kitchen Lounge, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 123 Roman Road, London was given the score after assessment on March 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 984 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 694 (71%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
