Wok n Roll, Thainese Kitchen, Thailicious, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 61 Hanbury Street, London was given the score after assessment on July 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 982 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 685 (70%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
