Efes Lahmacun & Pide, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 74 Whitechapel High Street, London was given the maximum score after assessment on September 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,034 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 707 (68%) have ratings of five and just seven have zero ratings.
