Gourmet Sushi, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 36 Goulston Street, London was given the maximum score after assessment on July 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 983 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 694 (71%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
