Town of Ramsgate, a pub, bar or nightclub at 62 Wapping High Street, London was given the score after assessment on April 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 164 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 119 (73%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
