• Rated 3: Sushi Masago at 149a Cannon Street Road, London; rated on August 9

• Rated 0: Sushi and Thai Express at 98 Mile End Road, London; rated on August 9

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,022 similar establishments with ratings, 691 (68%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
