• Rated 1: Perfect Fried Chicken at 197 East India Dock Road, London; rated on May 15

• Rated 1: The Works Cafe at Poplar Works, 384 Abbott Road, London; rated on May 15

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,021 similar establishments with ratings, 711 (70%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
