New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tower Hamlets’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Bagel Factory, at Unit 4, 20 Canada Square, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 3.

And Wok & Grill, at Unit 1 Chronos Building, 9-25 Mile End Road, London was also given a score of four on January 3.

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,053 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 732 (70%) have ratings of five and just eight have zero ratings.
