New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tower Hamlets’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Grateful Kitchen, at 5 Chancellor Passage, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 5.

And Original Grill, at Railway Arch, 557 Arnold Road, London was also given a score of four on July 19.

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,052 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 731 (69%) have ratings of five and just eight have zero ratings.
