Food hygiene ratings given to two Tower Hamlets restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tower Hamlets’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Flavas Pizza, at 612 Roman Road, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 14.

And Ruyam Turkish Restaurant, at 230 Commercial Road, London was given a score of one on July 14.

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 987 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 689 (70%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
