New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Tower Hamlets’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Gugsu, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 68 Whitechapel High Street, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 20.

And Taj Mahal Fried Chicken & Grill, a takeaway at 512 Commercial Road, London was given a score of five on October 12.
