The Chinese Canteen, a takeaway at 68 Central Road, Worcester Park was given the minimum score after assessment on October 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Sutton's 183 takeaways with ratings, 100 (55%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
